Heard Mr.A.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Moharana, learned Addl. Standing Counsel, Vigilance.

On instruction Mr.Moharana, learned Addl. Standing Counsel, Vigilance submits that the investigation will be completed within four weeks.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.2) to take all effective steps in accordance with law to complete the investigation in connection with Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No. 4 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
