This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of the order dated 12th April, 2021 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the death of husband of the Petitioner as well as transfer of the case to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pipili, she could not comply with the aforesaid order within the time stipulated therein. It is his submission that the Petitioner has already filed an application for recall of the order dated 30th October, 2009 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Puri in T.S. No.132 of 2001. Hence, this I.A. has been filed for modification and extension of time to comply with order dated 12th April, 2021.

None appears for the Opposite Parties.

In view of the above, the I.A. is allowed. Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pipili is directed to take up the application, if any, filed for recall of the order dated 30th October, 2009 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior

// 2 // Division), Puri in T.S. No.132 of 2001 and proceed with the matter in accordance with the direction made in the aforesaid order dated 12th April, 2021.
