This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 18th December, 2004 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No. 78 of 2003. 4.

Defects as pointed out by the S.R. have not been removed.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after the matter was converted to RPFAM vide order dated 7th January, 2010, no step has been taken to get the matter listed. Thus, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the RPFAM.
