1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

The challenge has been laid by the borrower to the demand notice dated 19th April, 2014 issued under Section 13(2) of SARFAESI Act, 2002 recalling the outstanding liability to the tune of Rs.5,54,428/-. Further prayer is for directing the settlement of the amount under the OTS Scheme albeit referring to any prevailing scheme.

At the time of hearing, it is stated that the Cooperative Bank has since gone under liquidation and the present Writ Petition thus is infructuous.
