1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has handed over today a copy Order No.

of marriage certificate evidencing the marriage between Petitioner and Opposite Party No.3. The marriage certificate is dated 27th December, 2014. He states that both parties are living happily. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 confirms this.

2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.233 of 2012 arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No.84 of 2012 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (O), Bhubaneswar and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
