The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 11th September, 2008 (Annexure-3) passed by the Orissa Information Commission, Bhubaneswar in Complaint Case No.364 of 2006 and consequential order dated 22nd November, 2008 (Annexure-4) passed by the Health and Family Welfare Department.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Odisha Information Commission submits that a sum of Rs.1,000/- was imposed on the Petitioner for the delay of four days in supplying the information. Pursuance to the order under Annexure-1, the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Odisha vide its order dated 5th November, 2008 (Annexure-4) issued an order directing for recovery of the said amount. 4.

Since none appears to pursue the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
