This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.937 of 2021 arising out of Nandankanan P.S. Case No.114 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offence under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R.

Since the offence is bailable in nature and the victim has not been rescued, the anticipatory bail
