This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 28.09.2010 passed by the Executive Magistrate-cum-Deputy Collector (Rev.), Dharamgarh in C.M.C. No.380 of 2010 directing to register a proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. against the Petitioner. 3.

It appears that in the meanwhile the period stipulated for enforcement of the order under Section 144 Cr.P.C. is elapsed and virtually the matter has become infructous.

Be that as it may, since no one appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
