1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. S. Maharana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. D.P. Nanda, learned counsel for the opposite parties No.1 and 2.

3. It is contended that though the interim order of this Court was passed on 26.06.2013 in Misc. Case No.10449 of 2013, but prior to the passing of the interim order, the work order was issued on 06.05.2013, and as such, the execution of work has already been completed. Therefore, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. The interim order dated 26.06.2013 passed in Misc. Case No.10449 of 2013 stands vacated.
