Mr. S. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel states that the Petitioner approached the Tribunal seeking regularization of service, which was denied by the Tribunal and, as such, the Review Application was also dismissed. It is stated that in the meantime, the Petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. Therefore, by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
