Since the petitioner has taken recourse to clause-24 (Dispute Redressal System) of the DTCN by approaching the Chief Engineer, Rural Works-II, Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-7, this Court directs that the same may be considered and decided in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible under intimation to the petitioner.

4. With the above observation & direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
