Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the opposite party.

The challenge in the present case is to criminal proceeding in 1CC No.61 of 2015 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh on the grounds stated therein.

Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that involving the similar issue, four other cases have been disposed of by this Court in CRLMC Nos.481 and 490 of 2015 vide order dated 12th August, 2022 thereby permitting the petitioners to urge all the pleas raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court, the CRLMC is disposed of.

In such view of the matter, the present CRLMC stands disposed of on same term by granting liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points as are available to them in law before the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh in ICC No.61 of 2015.
