1. This case is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner, who is working as Lecturer in English in Champanath Dev (Junior) Mohavidyalaya, Champeswar, in the district of Cuttack, has filed this writ petition seeking direction from this Court to the opposite parties, especially the opposite party No.4Governing Body of Champanath Dev (Junior) Mohavidyalaya, Champeswar to release the management salary in his favour pending approval of his appointment and release of salary component by the opposite party Nos. 1 to 3. The petitioner has not received his management salary since 01.08.2018 till date.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received his salary since, 2018. The learned counsel for the opposite party No.4 submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in the writ petition is under consideration and can be resolved within a period of one month.
5. Considering the aforesaid submission, the opposite party No.4 is directed to resolve the grievance raised in the petition within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of this order. If the grievance is not addressed, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court.
6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
