Heard Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction, Mr. Zafarulla submits that in the meantime, Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No.08 dated 11.01.2022 has been registered under Sections 498-A/323/294/506 of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
