By way of this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the opposite party no.3-Executive Engineer, National Highways, Division, Sunabeda, Koraput to release the entire outstanding amount towards payment of final bill, security deposit, price escalation, hike in minimum wages, idle charges of men and machineries and other admitted dues with interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ventilating all his grievances the petitioner has made a representation dated 17.11.2008 to opposite party No.3 under Annexure-19 series. However, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and granted liberty to file fresh representation. Therefore, necessary direction is sought for disposal of such representation within a reasonable time. 4.

In that view of the matter, without expressing any

opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, we direct that in the event petitioner files a fresh representation before opposite party No.3 ventilating all his grievances as delineated in this writ petition within a period of 15 days, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation before opposite party no.4 along with the copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per Rules.
