Mr. Lenka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has a grievance, regarding which he will approach opposite party no.2. As such, to enable him to do so, his client does not want this writ petition to be kept pending.

Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of, inter alia, opposite party no.2 and submits, in event Court grants the liberty, it should not go into merits of the dispute. 3.
Petitioner has liberty to approach the authority. It is made clear, Court has not gone into merits of petitioner's grievance.

The writ petition is disposed of.
