It is a strange case where the Petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus to the Tahasildar for granting certified copy. This Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, in the event any such copy application at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the Tahasildar, Salipur, decision as appropriate be taken thereon within a period of three working days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and
