There is wrong indication of the name of Petitioner No.1 at the top of the Order-Sheets of this Case. It appears, when the Petitioner No.1 disclosed her name as Munjulika Das, the OrderSheets of this Case reflect her name as Manjulata Das. The present inconvenience in maintaining the name of the Cause Title is because of such wrong recording. This Court, therefore, directs for correction of the name of Petitioner No.1, as Manjulika Das in place of Manjulata Das in all the Order-Sheets of this Case. (Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
