1. No substantial questions of law arises from the impugned order of the Tribunal which partly allowed the appeal filed by the State against the order dated 31st December, 2007 passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Sales Tax, Koraput Range, Jeypore.

2. The effect of the impugned order is only that the refund amount payable to the present Petitioner would get reduced by Rs.40,000/-. The Court does not consider this to be giving rise to any substantial question of law.

3. The STREV is, accordingly, dismissed.
