This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Khariar P.S. Case No.214 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. No.203 of 2021 pending in the court of J.M.F.C., Khariar registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 364A/394/323/427/506/34 IPC has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.8353 of 2021, which was dismissed vide order dated 17.08.2021 on merit. The Petitioner has again approached this Court seeking pre-arrest bail in this application.

The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner having been rejected on merit, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner afresh. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
