In the present case, the impugned Award grants the workman the limited relief of compensation in lieu of reinstatement in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. The interim stay has continued for long and none is representing the workman despite service. In the circumstances, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter and it is disposed of as such. It is clarifies that the impugned award will not be treated as a precedent.
