This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Angul P.S. Case No.44 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.109 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Angul.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
