The matter is taken up by hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.365 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.481 of 2019 on the file of learned NGN-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi for alleged commission of offence under Section-498-A/304-B/306/34 of the IPC read with section-4 of the D.P. Act, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed; further keeping in view the earlier order dated 10.11.2021 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.19049 of 2019, finding no changing circumstances, while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin of the case for consideration of the prayer for grant of
// 2 // regular bail to the Petitioner, the same would be made on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
