Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that similar matter had come up for consideration before the apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos.3036-3064 of 2022, arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 22987-23015 of 2019 (State of Odisha & Ors. Etc. Etc. Vrs. Sulekh Chandra Pradhan Etc. Etc.,) by which, the judgments and orders dated 18th May, 2017 and 30th January, 2018 of the tribunal passed in a batch of Original Applications are quashed and set aside. 3.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment and orders.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
