1. The land was purchased by the Petitioner prior to the order dated 19th September, 1987 passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar in Suo Motu Lease Revision Case No.680 of 1987. The impugned order, which was passed without notice to the Petitioner, is accordingly set aside on the above short ground, and Suo Motu Lease Revision Case No.680 of 1987 is restored to the file of the Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar. The said case shall be listed before the Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on 21st September, 2022 on which date the Petitioner will appear along with a downloaded copy of this order. The said case be disposed of within a period of four months thereafter after hearing the Petitioner. Till then the interim order passed on 13th March, 2013 in Misc. Case No.21180 of 2012 will continue.
