The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Khallikote P.S. Case No.494 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No.1065 of 2021 pending in the court of J.M.F.C., Khallikote registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 307/149/323 IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.10556 of 2021, which was dismissed vide order dated 27.10.2021 on merit. The Petitioner has again approached this Court seeking pre-arrest bail in this application.
