This is the second journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Khandagiri P.S. Case No.678 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.5858 of 2019 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar running for alleged commission of offence under Section-387/427/34 of the IPC, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made, further keeping in view the role said to have been played by the Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on records which stand against the Petitioner with other surrounding circumstances; and on going through the earlier order dated 23.02.2021 passed
// 2 // in ABLAPL No. 13672 of 2020, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
