1. Having heard learned counsel for the Parties, this Court directs that notwithstanding the impugned order of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack (OAT) dated 27th April, 2010, the Petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the Department of School and Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha in terms of Resolution No.3359/SME Dt.16th February, 2008 for engagement as Sikshya Sahayak under the Sarba Sikshya Abhijan. If such representation is made not later than 7th March, 2022, to the Director, Elementary Education, Orissa, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.2) he shall examine such representation and pass a reasoned order thereon not later than 9th May, 2022 and communicate it to the Petitioner not later than 11th May, 2022. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
