This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
It appears, the Petitioner has already submitted his objection to the Collector, Jajpur-O.P.2 since 30.12.2021. It is alleged that there is no communication of the result thereon to the Petitioner as of now. 3.
Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, in the event there is decision on the grievance of the Petitioner dated 30.12.2021, the same shall be communicated to all the parties concerned forthwith.

Petitioner is directed to serve an authenticated copy of this order on the competent authority.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
