1. Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party no.3 states that Order No.
Opposite Party No.3 does not wish to proceed with the case. The statement of Opposite Party No.3 on affidavit is also on record to the same effect.
2. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.688 of 2013 arising out of Astaranga P. S. Case No.67 of 2013 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Nimapara and all proceedings consequent thereupon are hereby quashed.
3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
