Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the pleadings in Mutation Appeal No.07 of 2021 are already completed, the same shall be disposed of involving all the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
