This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Kamakshyanagar P.S. Case No.188 of 2009 corresponding to G.R. Case No.504 of 2009 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kamakshyanagar on the ground of compromise. 3.
None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach this Court if the compromise has been reached in the meantime and if a joint petition for quashing the proceeding on the ground of compromise is filed.
