1. The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 24th February, 2012 passed by the 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar in CS No.296/525 of 2010/2008.

2. Since a Civil Miscellaneous Petition (CMP) is maintainable against the impugned order, learned counsel for the Petitioner requests the present petition may be converted to CMP. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to convert this petition into a CMP and after numbering it accordingly to place it before the roster Bench on 27th September, 2022.
