1. The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 9th March, 2007 passed by the Labour Court, Bhubaneswar in Industrial Dispute Misc. Case No.268 of 1993 directing the Petitioner to pay the Opposite Party No.2 Rs.6,075/- for the subsistence allowance during the period of his suspension from service.

2. Apart from the fact that the amount is insignificant, it appears that till date in the present petition, the Opposite Party No.2 has not even been served with notice.

3. For the above reasons, the Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. It is dismissed as such.
