This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to set aside the order dated 30th January, 2014 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Parlakhemundi in 2(c)C.C. No.27 of 2013 wherein warrant under Section 421 of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the Opposite Party for non-payment of the monetary relief as per judgment dated 30th April, 2013 passed in 2(c)C.C. No.4 of 2012.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 4.

Since the order directing payment in P.W.D.V. Act has not assailed, I see no illegality and infirmity in the impugned order. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
