The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar to register the mutation case and for early disposal of the same.

It appears that R.O.R. in respect of the land in question has been published in the name of Government on 21st November, 2012 under Annexure-4. In that view of the matter, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files a revision under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 for correction of the R.O.R. under Annexure-4. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
