This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Jagatpur P.S. Case No.06 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.43 of 2020 pending on the file of J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned P.S. on every Monday in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm for the next six months; and shall not indulge himself in commission of any similar type of offence(s). Violation of any of the above condition(s) would entail cancellation of bail 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
