1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 14.11.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in ICC No.191 of 2011 wherein learned S.D.J.M rejected the petition filed by the accused under Section 205 Cr.P.C. to dispense with their personal appearance.
3. Heard.
4. It appears that this Court stayed the aforesaid case on 03.01.2012 and the same is still continuing. The present status of the case is also not known.
5. Considering the facts and submissions made and taking note of the gravity of the accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

However, if the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter and move for bail within four weeks hence, the Court in seisin over the matter shall allow them to go on bail on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper taking note of the fact that this is a case under Section 506 IPC and the case arises out of a complaint case.
7. With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
8. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
9.Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
