On the last occasion, i.e., on 14th November, 2019, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. As it appears, Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

It is made clear that interim order dated 29th March, 2018 passed in Misc. Case No.342 of 2017 has already been vacated since 14th November, 2019.
