2. Heard Mr. S.G. Das on behalf of Mr. B. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to delete the observation made in the order dated 24.06.2011 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.170(C) of 2011 with regard to the seniority of the petitioner vis-à-vis opposite party no.4 and further to direct the opposite parties to decide his posting or opposite party no.4 in an equivalent post under the same department.

Mr. S.G. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that challenging the very same order, the State preferred W.P.(C) No.30545 of 2011, which has been disposed of vide order dated 27.03.2012. Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.03.2012 passed in W.P.(C ) No.30545 of 2011.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.30545 of 2011, which has been disposed of vide order dated 27.03.2012 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 27.03.2012 passed in W.P.(C) No. 30545 of 2011, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
