This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for extension of time. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.680 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 27.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in 5th line of paragraph5, the V.G.R. Case number has been wrongly mentioned as "V.G.R. Case No.16 of 2021" instead of "V.G.R. Case No.24 of 2021", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the 5th line of paragraph-5 of the order dated 27.07.2022 it be mentioned as "V.G.R. Case No.24 of 2021" in place of "V.G.R. Case No.16 of 2021", rest part of the

// 2 // order remaining the same and the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 27.07.2022, if the petitioner surrender before the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Cuttack on or before 14th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
