1. The impugned order of the learned Single Judge in a matter arising out of proceedings before the Labour Court was obviously under Article 227 of the Constitution.

2. Since no writ appeal is maintainable against such an order, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ appeal. Nevertheless, it will be open to the Appellant to avail other appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
