This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 12th August, 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Malkangiri in G.R. Case No.201 of 2010.

As such, the CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
