1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal as provided under the statute in question. If such an appeal is filed not later than 7th March, 2022 along with an application for condonation of delay, explaining the delay on account of pendency of the present petition, it will be considered by the appellate authority in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

3. The original Annexure-1 be returned to the Petitioner on being substituted by attested photocopy of the same.
