1. The Management has filed the present petition challenging a Labour Court Award which found the termination of the Workman's services to be illegal, but did not grant any consequential relief.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is unable to explain how the impugned Award is prejudicial to the Management particularly since the Workman himself is no more.
