Ms. S. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has no instructions in the matter.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective opposite parties state that the relief sought by the petitioner for the period from 2004 to 2009 has already been over and, as such, by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.

In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
