CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No.
ORDER
29.08.2022 05.
1. It is seen in the present case that the Additional District Magistrate, Balasore has already passed an order on 5th September, 2014 asking for action to be taken in LE Case No.20 of 2002 on account of "serious irregularity and violation of rules/guidelines".

The Sub-Collector is requested to proceed in the matter in accordance with law and after noticing to
all the necessary parties and after giving them a hearing to dispose of the said appeal by a reasoned order within a period of two months thereafter. Till such time, the status quo be maintained as regards the property in question.
