This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this juncture. Further, it is seen from the rejection order dated 20.11.2020, it is also not known whether the trial has been concluded or not.

Considering such submission, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from today in the event the trial is not concluded as of now. Further, liberty is given to the Petitioner to move a fresh bail application in the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period.
