This Writ Petition involves the following relief:- "That the petitioner most respectfully prays that the Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to allow the writ petition, issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to the opposite parties not to close the Public Road runs in front of the house of the petitioner which is situated on East of the house of the petitioner, and not to carve out any new plot out of the said public road for sale or for using it for any other purpose and to keep intact the original plan as per drawing no.C-3204 of Directorate of Estate and as per approved building plan by the Special Planning Authority, Bhubaneswar on 02.09.1970, by the Executive Officer of the Notified Council, Bhubaneswar on 03.11.1970 and not to change the terms and conditions and location of the plot no.320 of the petitioner as enshrined in the lease agreement executed by the Govt. with the petitioner for building purposes 02.06.1965 and pass such other or further order or orders as are deemed just and proper." 2.
In entertaining the Writ Petition this Court by its order dated 16.02.2010 has already protected the interest of the Petitioner involved herein, which is continuing for last twelve years. No party is turning for modification of the order.

In the circumstance, this Court confirms the protection granted in favour of the Petitioner by the order dated 16.02.2010. 4.
