This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

It is not disputed that the Housing loan for a sum of Rs.66.00 lakhs was availed on 12th September, 2018 with EMI of Rs.75,223/- for a period of fifteen years. Due to non-payment of the monthly instalments, the account was declared NPA on 31st January, 2021 and the recovery process initiated by issuance of demand notice dated 3rd February, 2021 under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

At the time of hearing, counsel for the Bank states that the limited prayer of the Petitioner for regularising the Housing loan account upon payment of the amounts overdue stands addressed as upon deposit of the required amounts. The said account has been upgraded to regular account on 7th March, 2022 and the Petitioner is now regularly paying the EMI.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
